Your liver already does the job of detoxifying your body, and your kidneys flush them out. It’s unlikely that any particular supplement is helpful because your organs do fine on their own, unless you’re suffering from rare medical conditions.
In terms of weight-loss, there’s nothing groundbreaking about the drastically low-calorie diet you’d be carrying out.
