Once you book the Analysis & Feedback Consultation, using my automated booking app, you'll be redirected to a brief online form. Simply fill out your baseline stats, your goals, history, etc.

I'll send you a text message to confirm the appointment and provide the remaining instructions for the call.

I want to learn about what you've tried in the past, as well as what your current goals are - and how fast you want to reach them.

Additionally, I need to get a clear understanding of all your dietary preferences, restrictions, and limitations. This includes your desired meal frequency, timing, work life, weekend life, etc.

The best dietary interventions mimic the realistic lifestyle of the participant, so I want to be as congruent as possible with yours.

Step 2 - Receive Your Meal Plan

I'll go ahead and create your plan, usually within a day. The diet will match exactly what your target calories and macros should be for the desired outcome you're looking for. You just have to execute!

In order to provide you with the final product, I'll reach out to you and schedule a follow up call.  I'll introduce you to your plan, explain everything, answer questions, make any revisions that you need, and set you off to succeed.

Finally, the meal plan will be on Google Sheets so that you can continue to record for yourself as you go along. I do NOT recommend using food tracking apps!
